‘I’d like to kill myself’: A former Australian actor, author and writer on depression says he wants to kill himself

In the midst of a new documentary on depression, the man behind a self-help book on the topic, Tony Robbins, has taken to social media to reveal he has been contemplating suicide.

Mr Robbins, who is also a comedian, told ABC Radio’s AM program he had been struggling with mental health issues for some time and had a long list of concerns.

“I would like to take my own life, but I have a few ideas,” he said.

I would go into a mental hospital for a week, but when I went to a psychiatrist, it wasn’t going well.””

I had a lot of stress and a lot more anxiety and depression.

I would go into a mental hospital for a week, but when I went to a psychiatrist, it wasn’t going well.”

Mr Robbins has released an online diary about his life and mental health that has attracted millions of views since it was posted to YouTube in February.

“It’s a diary of sorts.

It’s kind of a way to stay in touch with who you are,” Mr Robbins said.

Mr Smith, who was once a member of the rock band the Smiths, said he was not sure what he was going to do with his life, other than to live it as he had for the past three decades.

“In my twenties I was in a relationship with a woman who was very good at being the person she was,” Mr Smith said.”[It was] a very good thing, a very happy thing.”

But I’ve realised that I can’t just be the person I’ve always been.”‘

I want to be someone I’m not’It’s been a long time coming, he said, describing his depression as “a very deep, dark wound”.”

It hurts and it hurts and then it makes you realise that this is the only way I’m going to be able to be myself,” Mr Schmitt said.
